- Complete product data (SKUs, images, specs, sizing), MAP sheet, and safety/compliance docs as applicable.
- Wholesale, marketplace (verified seller), or limited consignment options—we’re flexible where it makes sense.
- Reasonable lead times, reorder terms, and packaging suitable for e-commerce.
Legal & commercial (summary)
- MAP: We adhere to and help enforce your MAP policy.
- IP & Content: Clear licenses for marks, images, and co-created assets; whitelisting terms if applicable.
- Offer Mechanics: Defined commission/margin or revenue share for marketplace/consignment.
- Service Levels: Fulfillment responsibilities, returns, warranties, and customer service expectations.
- Term & Exit: Simple agreement, clear renewals, and data hand-off at end of term.
