Clearance Policy

At Made For Dogs, our Clearance section offers select products at discounted, closeout pricing. These items are typically limited in quantity and may not be restocked once sold out.

All clearance items are carefully reviewed prior to listing. For products with expiration or “best if used by” dates, we assess product lifecycle, sales velocity, and inventory turnover to ensure items are listed with adequate time for customer use before the stated date.

Please review the following terms carefully before making a purchase.

Final Sale

All items listed in our Clearance section are considered final sale.

Clearance items are not eligible for:

  • Returns
  • Exchanges
  • Refunds
  • Price matching

This policy applies to all clearance purchases unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Product Condition & Availability

Clearance products may include:

  • Discontinued items
  • Overstock or limited-quantity inventory
  • Older inventory or prior versions of products
  • Items approaching the end of their product lifecycle

All clearance items are sold in new, unused condition unless otherwise clearly stated.

Availability is limited, and once an item sells out, it may not be restocked.

Expiration & Best By Dates (If Applicable)

For products that include expiration or “best if used by” dates, we make every effort to list them as soon as possible to allow customers adequate time for use.

If you have any questions about a product’s expiration or “best if used by” date, you’re welcome to contact our support team for more information prior to purchase.

Depending on the product:

  • Some items may still be suitable for use after a “best by” date
  • Products nearing these dates may be donated to local foundations when appropriate
  • Items deemed unsafe for use after expiration are responsibly disposed of

If a product includes a relevant date, it may be noted on the product page when applicable.

Pricing

Clearance pricing is applied automatically at checkout.

Prices listed in the Clearance section reflect discounted rates and may not be combined with:

  • Promotional codes
  • Coupons
  • Loyalty rewards (unless explicitly stated)
  • Price matching requests

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

Price Matching

Clearance items are not eligible for price matching.

Due to the nature of discounted and closeout pricing, we are unable to adjust or match prices against other retailers or prior pricing.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your clearance item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team within a reasonable timeframe.

We will review the issue and assist in accordance with our standard policies for damaged or faulty items.

Order Review & Acceptance

By placing an order for a clearance item, you acknowledge and agree to:

  • The item is final sale
  • The item is not eligible for return, exchange, or price adjustment
  • All terms outlined in this policy

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or inventory discrepancies.
